The hotel is subject to a large number of internal and external audits by our main tour operators, the national health department (Secretaría de Sanidad) and several laboratories.
On a corporate level since June 2010, ur group implemented an organic material composting program. We recover all the waste of fruits and vegetables generated in our kitchens. This way, we reduce the consumption of fertilizers and pesticides.
REDUCE REUSE RECYCLE
On a corporate level, we changed food ware, disposable cups and straws for reusable or biodegradable ones, thus reducing non-recyclable waste. We have a strict purchasing policy that gives preference to suppliers that meet certain criteria such as the use of recycled materials, a smaller volume of packaging or efficient logistics, among others. We have a solid waste separation system and also recycle paper and cardboard. We have placed several green points in the hotel so you can contribute to this initiative.
